Cancellation Policy

Booking of a Tour:

To initiate the booking of a tour, a 30% advance payment of the total tour cost is required. This advance payment facilitates hotel bookings and other necessary arrangements, including full payment for air/train tickets if needed. Once the advance payment is received, we proceed with hotel bookings and keep you informed of the progress. After confirming hotels, you are required to make an additional payment of 20% of the tour cost. The remaining 50% must be settled before 45 days from the commencement of the tour.

During the peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), 100% payment is required to confirm the booking.

Amendments in Booked Tour:

While we discourage changes in confirmed arrangements, we understand that circumstances may require amendments. Changes are subject to availability and cancellation charges imposed by hotels, trains, or flights. Please note that minimum amendment charges and administration fees will apply.

Cancellation of a Booked Tour:

While cancellation is not encouraged, we recognize that valid reasons may necessitate it. Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.

Cancellation charges:

– If cancellation is made before 60 days or more before arrival – 20% of the tour cost + Cost of Non-Refundable services like flight/jungle safari etc.

– If cancellation is made before 30 to 60 days or more before arrival – 30% of the tour cost + Cost of Non-Refundable services like flight/jungle safari etc.

– If cancellation is made before 15 to 30 days or more before arrival – 50% of the tour cost + Cost of Non-Refundable services like flight/jungle safari etc.

– If cancellation is within 15 days prior to arrival – No Refund

Cancellation of Flight Tickets / Train Tickets:

– Flight Tickets booked through us are non-refundable. Name change and date change are possible as per airline policy and charges. No refund from our side for any flight canceled or delayed, following our airline policy.

Wildlife Safaris:

– Wildlife safaris booked into any Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. No changes of date are possible or adjusted in future bookings.

Special Train Journeys:

– Refunds for special train journeys such as Palace on Wheels, Golden Chariot are as per their policy.
