Health and Fitness:

  2. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit for the chosen trek or travel.

Travel Insurance:

  1. All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance.
  2. Mountain Explorers is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.

Itinerary Changes:

  1. Mountain Explorers may alter itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Liability Waiver:

  1. Participants must sign a liability waiver before the trek or trip.
  2. Mountain Explorers is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the expedition.

Code of Conduct:

  1. Participants must adhere to ethical and responsible trekking practices.
  2. Respect local cultures, wildlife, and the environment.

Accommodations:

  1. Accommodation is provided as per the itinerary; any additional expenses are the participant’s responsibility.

Transportation:

  1. Transportation details are outlined in the itinerary. Participants must adhere to the provided schedule.

Changes in Itinerary:

  1. Mountain Explorers reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Authority of the Guide:

  1. Participants must follow the instructions of the assigned guide for safety reasons.

Legal Jurisdiction:

  1. Any legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state where the company is registered.

By booking with Mountain Explorers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please contact us for any clarifications before confirming your reservation.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions:

– During peak seasons (Between 20th December and 10th January travel dates), the above cancellation policy shall not be applicable. Additionally, certain luxury hotels may require a nonrefundable deposit, limiting the refund amount according to the hotel’s policy.

– Mountain Explorers is not responsible for refunds for unused accommodations, missed meals, and airline cancellations during the tour.

– Allotment of room type is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the hotel.

Payment:

1) Online Payments via Gateway: Transacting online with a credit card at our website is secure. We do not retain your credit card details. There is a 2% bank charge for the amount you pay. This needs to be added or settled in the final payment.

2) Payments can be made through direct Bank remittances to our Bankers. Bank details would be mailed to you when you require making payment.

Other Terms and Conditions:

– Client making a booking through Mountain Explorers shall be considered to have read and accepted the terms and conditions given above.

– Client agrees that the use of the services is at their sole risk, as Colourful Indian Holidays acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service providers (Hotels / Flight / Train / Safaris, etc.).

– Client agrees that there can be “Force Majeure” circumstances arising out of acts of God, fire, weather, epidemic, road jams, technical issues, etc. In such an event, Colourful Indian Holidays shall not be liable to pay any compensation, refund, interest, or damages and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being of the customer.
